1. Age Restriction
This website and all products sold here contain adult material of a LGBTQ+ cultural or otherwise artistic and creative nature. It is not intended for younger audiences and you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to access this site or purchase any products. By entering via age verification or by placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age and that viewing or possessing this material is legal where you live.
2. Nature of the Content
Our zines feature explicit queer content, including but not limited to e.g., gay, trans and gender lifestyle issues, LGBTQ+ symbolism, LGBTQ+ creative arts including photography, art including illustrations and digital art, and writing. The content is not suitable for young audiences and is intended for adult audiences only. We do not create, host, or sell any material involving anyone under 18.
3. Products
We sell two formats of the same zine (and future issues):
• Digital edition – PDF (or other format) delivered by email or download link after payment.
• Print edition – Physical printed copy shipped to the address you provide.
4. Digital Products – Delivery & Refunds
Digital products are delivered immediately (or within a few minutes) after successful payment. Because digital files can be downloaded and retained, all sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the file has been delivered, except where required by law (e.g., proven technical failure on our side that we cannot fix).
5. Print Products – Shipping & Refunds
Print editions are shipped within one to two business days of order. Shipping times and costs are shown at checkout and are a flat fee (UK). We do not ship the Print magazine abroad.
• If the package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with proof (photos, tracking info). We will replace the item or refund at our discretion.
• Returns of undamaged print copies are accepted within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price only (shipping is non-refundable), provided the item is returned in original condition. Buyer pays return shipping.
• We do not refund for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the explicit content once the product has been received.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Filing an unwarranted chargeback or payment dispute after receiving the digital file or print copy may result in your account being banned from future purchases. We reserve the right to pursue recovery of costs associated with fraudulent chargebacks.
7. Intellectual Property
All content in the zines (text, images, design) is protected by copyright. Purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to view/read the digital file or own the physical copy. You may not redistribute, resell, share, upload, or commercially exploit the content in any form.
8. Privacy & Data
We collect only the information needed to process your order (name, email, shipping address, payment details via our processor). We do not sell or share your personal data except as required to fulfil the order or comply with law. See our full Privacy Policy for details.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use this site or our products for any illegal purpose, including distribution to minors. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders that appear to violate these terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or site. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
