Refunds & Returns Policy
Digital Editions (PDF)
All digital sales are final once the download link has been delivered or accessed.
We cannot offer refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction with the artistic content.
If you experience a genuine technical problem receiving the file, contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve it.
Print Editions
– Damaged or lost in transit: Contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with photos or tracking evidence. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at our discretion.
– Change of mind: You may return an unopened, undamaged print copy within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price only (postage is non-refundable). You are responsible for return shipping costs. The item must arrive back in saleable condition.
– We do not refund because you find the content too explicit or not to your taste once you have received it.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback after receiving the product (digital or print) without first contacting us may result in your account being blocked from future purchases.
